Tattoo Policies
The minimum age for tattooing in the State
of Arizona is 18 without parental consent. All clients must
present state issued identification (driver's license, passport,
military id, etc.) before getting tattooed.
Minors between the ages of 16 - 17 may be
tattooed but with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The parent/guardian must be present and we will need to see
a copy of the birth certificate for the person getting tattooed
along with a picture id as well as the parent/guardian's id.
All tattoo appointments must be made in
person, we do not take appointments over the phone unless
you are traveling and then you will need to contact the artist
directly.
We require a minimum $50 deposit that is
non-refundable, non-transferable that will be applied to the
total cost of the completed tattoo. An appointment cannot
be made until a deposit is left. If you need to reschedule
please notify us prior to 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise
there will be an additional rescheduling fee.
