Piercing Policies
The minimum age for piercing in the State
of Arizona is 18 without parental consent. All clients must
present state issued identification (driver's license, passport,
military id, etc.) before getting pierced.
Minors between the ages of 14 - 17 may be
pierced but with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The parent/guardian must be present and we will need to see
a copy of the birth certificate for the person getting pierced
along with a picture id as well as the parent/guardian's id.
